Mango Blackberry Salsa and Hot Sauce

  • 1 Mango
  • 1.75 Reaper Pepper
  • 4 Vine Ripened Tomatoes
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 3 tbsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 oz blackberry
  • 1/2 gallon white vinegar

Boil it down till you like the thickness and blended it.

Then strained the fluid for my sauce and the pulp left behind the salsa.
